How to cancel your Elephant Premium subscription

Open Profile → Subscription in the app and select Cancel subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period.

1. Sign in and go to Profile → Subscription.
2. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
3. The plan shows Canceling and an Access until date.

What happens afterwards

• Renewal stops. You are not charged again.
• You keep your plan’s features until the Access until date. After that your account returns to the free plan.
• Your study data stays. Cancelling does not delete anything.
• If you cancelled by mistake, select Manage subscription on the same page. It opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where you can resume the subscription before it ends.
• If a trial is running, cancelling during the trial means you are not charged.

If it didn’t work

If the app says the subscription was NOT cancelled, it was not. Try again, and if it still fails contact us so you are not charged again. Mention the date and the message you saw.
