How do I get a refund or a VAT invoice for Elephant?

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Elephant purchases, so receipts, VAT and refunds go through them. Reach them with Manage subscription on Profile → Subscription, or through the link in your receipt email.

What Lemon Squeezy handles

• Charging your card and collecting sales tax and VAT.
• Receipts and tax invoicing. Open receipts from the email you received, or from Manage subscription on Profile → Subscription.
• Refunds, as stated in our terms.

What we handle

• Your Elephant account and which plan it has.
• Cancelling your subscription: how to cancel.
• Passing on questions you cannot settle with Lemon Squeezy.

To request a refund

1. Cancel your subscription if you do not want to be charged again.
2. Contact Lemon Squeezy through the order receipt email.
3. If that goes nowhere, contact us with the order number and date. Refunds are decided under Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy, so we cannot promise one.

VAT invoices

Lemon Squeezy collects VAT and issues receipts. For an invoice with your company name or VAT number, ask Lemon Squeezy through the receipt email. We do not issue invoices ourselves.
