How to change your card or download invoices for Elephant

Select Manage subscription on your subscription page. It opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where you can change your payment method and see your receipts.

1. Sign in and go to Profile → Subscription.
2. Select Manage subscription. The portal opens in a new tab.
3. Update the payment method or open a past receipt.

What to know

• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, not by Elephant.
• Manage subscription appears only while you have a paid subscription from Lemon Squeezy.
• If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it. Premium stays active while retries are in progress. Updating the card in the portal is the fix.
