I forgot my Elephant password. How do I reset it?

Request a reset link on the sign-in page, then open the link from your email and choose a new password.

1. Go to the sign-in page and select Forgot your password?, or open the reset page directly.
2. Enter the email address you registered with and select Send reset link.
3. Open the email and follow the link. Use a new password of at least 8 characters.

What to know

• The link works for 1 hour. After that, request a new one.
• The page shows the same message whether or not an account exists for the address, so it never confirms that an address is registered.
• A successful reset signs you out of all other devices. You can sign in with the new password straight away.
• You will get an email confirming that the password changed. If you did not make the change, contact us.
