The password reset or verification email never arrived
Check the spam folder and the address you used, then request a new email; reset links expire after 1 hour and verification links after 24 hours.
Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address, then request a new email.
- Look in spam, junk and any “promotions” or filtered folders for mail from Elephant.
- Confirm you are using the address you registered with. If you have several addresses, try the others.
- Request the email again:
- Password reset: Forgot your password.
- Verification: on the sign-in page, select Resend verification email.
- Wait a few minutes before trying again. Requests can be rate limited, and each new request replaces the link from the previous one.
What to know
- A reset link is valid for 1 hour. A verification link is valid for 24 hours. Expired links need a new request.
- We show the same confirmation whether or not the address belongs to an account, so a “sent” message does not prove an account exists. A typo in the address looks the same as success.
- Until you verify your email, you cannot sign in.
- Verification mail is only resent for accounts that are not yet verified.
If you still get nothing after a couple of attempts with the correct address, contact us from that address and say what you tried.
