How to report a bug or request a feature in Elephant

Send feedback from Profile → Feedback while signed in, or email us if you can't sign in.

While signed in, use Profile → Feedback. Otherwise email us.

In the app

  1. Go to Profile → Feedback.
  2. Choose a type, describe what happened, and select Submit Feedback.
  3. Your report and any answer appear under My Reports on the same page.

By email

Write to [email protected].

What helps

  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The page or exercise, and the date and time.
  • Your device and browser.
  • A screenshot, if it shows the problem. Leave out passwords.

Reports are read by one person, so not every request gets built. Answers appear in My Reports when there is one.
